This workshop is facilitated by Andrew Hennigan, who brings more than 15 years of experience in addressing culture issues in companies and organizations through lectures, workshops and coaching.
Born in the UK, he has lived and worked in Italy, France and now Sweden, delivering culture workshops throughout Europe, the USA, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.
He has worked in and with major companies, business schools, universities, government departments and international projects.

- You find a way to overcome cultural misunderstandings and to perform effectively, when you cannot only rely on traditional binary culture training.
An interactive workshop format

The team members are brought together, identify their culture-related problems, prioritize them and agree on solutions and workarounds.
- Each workshop is done entirely through group discussion and activities based on interactive tools for collecting inputs, voting, creating word clouds and so on.
- The final “product” of the workshop is an agreement covering the essential decisions agreed by the team during the workshop.
